What sitting Governor of a state has addressed a state secessionist party convention?

What sitting Governor of a state has addressed a state secessionist party convention?
As a favor, to be polite, for ANY reason?

Lots of states have splinted secessionist groups...but which ones get the LEGITIMACY of a gubernatorial address??

these are just a few i found in 30 seconds of google, I'm sure you can fine one for each state....

did any sitting governor EVER address these groups.
