3. Before this is over we'll be hearing "Executive Privilege" uttered
Btw, I wonder if they already spoke with the librarian where Palin tried to get the books banned, too. :scared:

5. Executive Privilege has already been claimed as of yesterday evening.
Too lazy to get you a link, but it was posted yesterday on DU.

7. I believe you - don't worry about a link. I can go look later
I can't see how it could be considered EP since McCain serves in the Senate. But I get the point since he's running for the Executive.

This really is a trip through the looking glass. Thanks for the info even if it is terribly depressing.

That means get rid of evidence.

11. Well, DU is a giant wave length
I was hoping they'd get up there, find crap and decide she should step down. Then I had a V-8 moment and realized how naive I can be.

20. But if McCain had his way - she'd be out.... So...

...they need to find enough stuff to get her to withdraw herself.

19. Depends on what they REALLY want to do....

McCain didn't WANT Palin in the first place.

And there is more than one set of boots on the ground up there.

Don't kid yourself if you think Romney and Lieberman don't have people there to (as do we).

It's an all out sled race to get to the good stuff first.

21. Interesting thoughts, there
McCain is digging his heels in as of today. But even if Palin drops out, he still looks like dog doo. With all factions sledding up to dig for political gold it's no-win for McCain.
