> Please see the following points on Gov. Palin's family.
>
> * Governor Palin and her husband Todd have a loving family
> and their children mean everything to them. When their
> oldest daughter Bristol came to them with news that she was
> expecting a child they embraced her and gave her nothing but
> unconditional love and support.
>
> * This is a very personal matter for the family. We should
> all respect the love they have for the child and the desire
> all parents would have for their children's privacy.
>
> * The media should respect Bristol's privacy.
> That's always been the tradition and practice when it
> comes to the children of candidates.
>
> * (If pressed) The children of candidates do not choose to
> run for office and be thrust into the spotlight.

2. The dem response should be to sidestep the talking points and go straight to the issue
Abstinence only sex ed does not work. Pound this into the ground. They will have no where to run and they can't go to their talking points as a response.

7. Abstinance-only does not work. Pound this but NEVER MENTION Bristol Palin
The payoff is watching the Republicans get flustered, but not have the ability to counter it.

3. No, it wasn't tradition for the talk radio crowd that went after Chelsea.
Need I remind those assholes of Limbaugh and others talking about how Chelsea looked in '92? Fucking hypocritical assholes. They deserve what they get.

4. I have no problem respecting Bristol's privacy.
Her Mom's? Not so much.

Her Mom is the one that thrust her out on the national stage. Now she's complaining about the attention. What did she think was going to happen?

11. Um, that's cause they plagiarized them from Obama
Kids are off limits, period. Private family matters are private, period. The longer we repeat this, addingthe key phrase "unlike how the Republicans conduct themselves, Democrats believe in and live by the principle of the right to privacy"... the more it reminds swing voters who's stood up for decency all along.

10. "When were you planning to announce it?"
"Did you seriously think you could hide it while running for Vice President of the United States? Did you really think no-one would notice?"

These are questions I would like to hear answered.
