that said, after watching that video several times, it seems that, at a certain angle, when the camera is off to McCain's right, almost inline with
Palin, it looks like he's too close to her shoulder to see her ass

from other angles, he does look to be checking her out, though, and he DOES fidget with his ring....at one point in the clip, toward the end, it looks like he takes it completely off.
