And he's still in Congress and still holds power in the Senate. Recommend this thread and write the Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, to have him removed post-election season if you agree.

or non-tendered them.
I think it'd be funny if tomorrow Reid called Joe Lieberman and told him that he's no longer allowed to caucus with the Democratic Party. It's not like he'd caucus with the GOP, he'd just be an ineffectual indie. He'd still likely vote our way.

and still hold the majority - there is a binding resolution until 2009 that the Dems will hold majority even if we kick out Joe.
