forget VP, How is Palin even qualified to be governor
what were the Alaskan's thinking, but I can't say much I come from a state that has elected 2 actors for governor

It was between her, a sled dog with mange, and a tired old moose.

She won by default.

(Though I hear Alaskans are thinking the sled dog should have won...)

2. I doubt highly she'll survive a re-election.
It's clear the women is in over her head. Not even there 2 years, and she's in the middle of an abuse of power scandal.

Her approval ratings are high--65 percent, or so--but down from 80 percent earlier in her term. Most Alaskan's haven't watched her as closely as most reporters or legislators. If you took a poll of reporters and legislators I expect her approval rating would be down in the teens or twenties.
