Failin' gets excited only when she is talking about herself or is on the attack.

When she reads the script on energy policy ... she nearly falls asleep.

And, her attacks are snarky, gutter snipes, and juvenile.

The more she talks and attacks, the more she sounds like a high school girl in a cat fight.

Furthermore, this speech should have ended about ten minutes ago ... this is getting a bit sloggy.
