I wasn't recognizing any of the threads here during the speech as anything but desperate denial.

I warned in several threads during the speech that it was guaranteed to be received very well.

You don't have to win every scrimmage. Think big picture. That's always the problem on progressive sites, over reaction to recency. Obama will lose his bounce but we'll still be favored toward November.

I've been forcing myself to listen to her and trying very hard to listen with an unbiased ear. She's a decent speaker. She manages to string her words together in complete sentences. She said all the things the people in the hall wanted to hear. She LIED so many times I lost count, but the people who would support their ticket don't care about that.

I don't blame Brocaw for saying she was a success. She WAS, but I suspect ONLY with their RW base!
