She's like the hypocritical busy-body neighbor whiles away time whispering about other people's alleged failings to make themselves look better. She's the sort that when a disaster happens to her family, everyone actually cheers. Because it finally shuts her up.

Trust me, this character has made many enemies on her way up. Some of them will come out of the woodwork and expose here.
