Edited on Wed Sep-03-08 11:17 PM by bidenista
Was it really necessary for Levi to chew gum on stage? I mean, that WAS tacky.

3. It really annoyed me. I think I must be a bit OCD...
I couldn't stop wondering why handlers hadn't told him to spit it out.

18. I don't think it's OCD, bidenista...
If you were taught (like I was) that it's inappropriate in certain situations, then you just tend to notice it more. I noticed it too, and I'm not afflicted with OCD that I know of. ;-)

20. You hit the nail on the head. Being there wasn't his
idea. He knew his buddies were laughing their asses off at him back in Alaska for ending up in that situation - stuck on a stage in front of tv cameras with a family he's not part of and doesn't want to be part of. He just wants to get the hell out of there and go back to "chillin." If he has any sense at all he'll work out a deal with the Palins that does not involve saying "I do." No one should be forced to marry against their will.

6. Cletus will have some lucky staffer appointed to be his handler
it'll be a full time job. I've laid off the rest of the Palin family, but I have no qualms about taking the gloves off on this doofus. I know too many like him.

so he can go back to Alaska, play some hockey and drink a few brews without the TV crews following him around.

WTF do you expect? Prides himself on "kicking ass." (Really, doesn't that say it all?) Probably has an IQ of around 78 and hasn't read a book except under duress in 10 years. Dumb as an anvil.

And please don't light me up. I grew up in a working class family that constantly teetered on the edge of poverty. But my parents, for all of their flaws, always valued education. Obviously the parents of this ice belt Jethro Bodine did not. SHPOS.
