Palin is afraid of the press:
Biden met with the press over and over again. Palin has yet to meet with the press. She can't answer the tough questions, and therefore won't allow those questions to be asked.

When will she go on "Meet the Press?" When will she hold a press conference?

She's afraid of the press. Some pit-bull.

1. They had her SISTER on the Today Show this morning.
Why didn't they have HER on the show????

Palin is afraid of the press. She talks tough. But, deep down, she's a fucking coward.

5. That just suggests a tendency towards nepotism that scares me.

12. Nepotism?!?!?
What has nepotism to do with having the media interview her sister?

14. It's nepotism when instead of using a person skilled in surrogating, she used her sister
who was obviously... unskilled at doing so. The whole using family for everything... yeah.. that really looks like nepotism to me. Plus, the stories of her husband sitting in on gubernatorial meetings and her tendency to create a clique that is ultra loyal to her and relies on her for their ambitions... yeah sounds like nepotism to me.

2. I agree with another poster on here, she's gonna be under lock & key
And tightly managed for the next 60 days. If she does talk to the press it will be on Faux where she isn't challenged.

3. I agree completely
If she doesn't go on the Sunday Morning Talk shows, it tells us she's definitely afraid, or the Republicans are.

4. Don't know why
Is she afraid the M$M will throw her anything but softballs? Don't make me laugh. They only do that to Democrats.

6. I wonder if she'll agree to a open debate with Biden?
If she's afraid of the press I wonder what she'll look like if she goes head to head with Biden where Biden is given a chance to question her too?

10. On Morning Joe
Edited on Thu Sep-04-08 07:42 AM by DeschutesRiver
one of her people, named Nicole?, responded to a guy from Time magazine who talked about Sarah answering media questions, by basically saying it isn't important what the media thinks, or wants to know. Sarah will be directing her comments to the american public. Who cares about answering media questions? Not important. Said it laughingly, multiple times, and ended with again stating Sarah will definitely be talking and answering questions, but not from the media.

They are now discussing this issue, saying it won't surprise them if both candidates are now going to be kept completely away from the media's questions.

11. She's fine with a script.
I keep hearing people say what a great job she did last night. Well...yeah, she read somebody else's speech off a teleprompter. I have yet to see her sit down and answer specific questions. She can't because she has nothing to say! She's a total lightweight.

13. McCain't and Half-Baked are both afraid of the press.
McCain't hasn't given press access in weeks and Half-Baked is still attending classes in the Shotgun School for GOP Veep Candidates.

McCain't/Half-Baked = Two wimps.
