The Longer Palin Dodges the Media...the Harder They Will Be On Her
Mark my words. They want th eexclusive interview. The only leverage they have is making them squirm. They'll hit hit hit until they get granted an interview. Seems like a win win for us.

1. I hope the media chews her up. A fight between the media
and McCain sounds interesting huh?

2. The indoctrination sessions aren't over yet. The media must be patient
The handlers aren't going to let Palin answer questions until they think she is ready, and rumor has it that there is trouble getting Palin to agree to the appointment for the botox session to reduce the snarl on the right side of her face to the more trademark republican smirk.

3. It will be a showdown
A person with Sarah's time was on Morning Joe, laying down the new rules that it is not important for Sarah to ever speak to the media or answer their questions. She will only speak to the american public directly, because that is all that matters. What the media thinks is not important.

It was delivered repeatedly with a laugh, but she meant it. They are going to freeze out media questions, and isolate the candidate from media people whose opinions and questions really don't count.

4. McCain't too. He hasn't spoken to the press in weeks.
If they can't face the press corpse how will they face our enemies?

5. Are there any examples of VP candidates not debating?
What about a debate with Biden? I hope they debate and the rules allow Biden a chance to question Palin.

7. Please. They're going to pull a Cheney and only allow access to friendly outlets

Nicole somebody, from the McCain campaign, was on Morning Joe just a while ago berating a guy from Time and intimating that she doesn't need to do media interviews. She just needs to present herself to the American people.

So, here you go...

- Bush-like controlled town hall events
- a Fox News interview or two
- ONE Vice Presidential debate

That is the extent of media appearances there will be before she could be voted into the White House... and taking the Presidential oath on January 20th, 2009 (should something happen to McCain, beforehand).

p.s. And you're giving the media far too much credit. They'll fail, just as they did in 2000, 2003 & 2004.

8. She will be lambasted if she doesn't join McLame on the stump
At some point McLame's campaign is going to have to decide which is worse: letting the press paint her as aloof and inaccessible (in addition to all her other baggage), or the probability that she'll put her foot in it at some point due to her inexperience.

Decisions, decisions ....
