Looks like they installed a ratchet system on the back of her neck and tightened considerably. Plumped out her nose as well I believe.

During the so called "riots" earlier this week, a mounted police officer "bumped" into her several times with his horse.
Eventually, the officer and his mount knocked her down and she hurt her shoulder.
That's according to Pat mind you so take it with a grain of salt.
It's could also just be Jim Beam, Johnnie Walker and Jack Daniels.
You know those guys...
They can be pretty rough too.
