| Explain to me why "Pitbull Hockey Mom" is a good thing? |

I can see why it migh be valuable to have a Hockey PLAYER that is aggressive as a pitbull.
But why a mom?
The only thing it brings to mind is aggressive interference with the team's coach, back biting between the mothers who are attempting to micromanage their children's lives, and so on.
Sports is supposed to be fun for kids. Sounds like these moms would just suck all the life out of it.
Let your child play. Take out your frustrations and aggressions somewhere else.

Perhaps it is a metaphore for Republican business policy and practices.
