Seriously.. I don't think he would have chosen her if he knew all of the shit she was tied up in. I think she charmed her way into his heart and he went with his gut. The moment it occurs to him that sweet little Sarah lied to him to his face, his temper problem is going to flair BIG TIME and she will be thrown out on her ass.. or not so politely asked to leave the ticket.

McCain wants to be POTUS and he will do or say anything that he thinks will get him into office.

The conventions were scheduled late, there is only 8 weeks to go.

She has accepted the nomination by the convention. And sold herself to the delegates (the party bosses and pundits may still have reservations like Peggy Noonan).

McCain is shitting big bricks right now over the potential of the National Enquirer story.

If the story is true... I don't know what happens. I think she withdraws, but I just don't know.

All the other scandals and stories will be sandbagged and blocked or dismissed as "librul media lies".

Their hypocrisy is on display (see the Daily Show from last night)... but it doesn't seem to matter anymore. Doublespeak has become standard in the land.
