Even O'Reilly is not convinced that she can take office if McCain is incapacitated to do so.

2. O'Reilly may have his finger in the wind
He could be seeing which way the wind is blowing and prepping to try and have access to a new Obama administration.

Or, he could be laying a trap for Obama tonight.

We'll see.

5. Don't forget that Murdoch is apparently backing Obama....
...and that he is said to detest O'Reilly. If Murdoch decides to turf Roger Ailes out eventually, O'Reilly's comfy job could be in big trouble.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/sep/03/uselections2008.barackobama

In the article, to be published on Friday, Wolff says Murdoch, partly due to the influence of his third wife Wendi, is "becoming a liberal - sort of".

"Fox has been his alter ego. For a long time he was in love with the Fox chief, Roger Ailes, because he was even more Murdoch than Murdoch. And yet now the embarrassment can't be missed - he mumbles even more than usual when called on to justify it; he barely pretends to hide the way he feels about Bill O'Reilly. And while it is not possible that he would give Fox up - because the money is the money; success trumps all - in the larger sense of who he is, he seems to want to hedge his bets."

7. He does that a lot. He's a liar.
He has said with a straight face that he's not a straight-ticket Republican voter, that he's moderate, blah blah blah. He did that on Jon Stewart once. Opportunistic fuckwad is what he is.
