That would reduce what she actually "manages" quite a bit, especially since other parts of the land there are set aside for the indigenous people and other uses. In fact http://www.dnr.state.ak.us/mlw/factsht/land_own.pdf">this (PDF file) states that the state was only granted ownership and management of 28% of the whole.
