Thank You Sen. Clinton! - will Campaign For Obama In Florida

Hillary To Campaign For Obama In Florida

By Greg Sargent - September 4, 2008, 1:50PM

A bunch of you have written to ask where Hillary is in the wake of Sarah Palin's speech, and here's an answer.

Hillary is set to campaign in Florida for Obama on Monday, a source familiar with her schedule tells me.

Though the details of the trip have yet to be worked out, and the trip's message hasn't been settled on yet, her planned campaigning suggests that the Obama team may start reaching out to Hillary more aggressively in the days ahead to counter whatever effects Palin has.

More when we learn it.

2. I WANT Florida.... payback for 2000 and 2004.
Palin's associations with anti-semetic individuals and organizations could be key.

4. I bet that lady finally passes the best damn Health Care plan once Obama
is in the White House. I bet he does nothing to impede the success and we finally get what she promised us back when they went to the White House the first time.. AND that will be a wonderful day, and history will go down on that woman as the best and baddest champion for healthcare.

28. Nope - Hillary should have been a Dem spokesperson on tv last night. She won't do it.
She'll tuck herself away in front of Democrats, but won't mount a direct challenge to Palin on TV as a campaign surrogate.

14. Actually, I think it may have something to do with The Enquirer coming out by then
I heard the next edition is coming out tomorrow or Friday. But hey, we can say she's too afraid of Hillary. Works for me. :)

13. Obama shouldn't say anything about Sarah Plain and Tall...
but HILLARY can.

And I am salivating at the thought of her sharpening her axe for this one.

17. Should work out great
Obama seemed to have a problem with older and Jewish voters. Sarah Buchanan created an opening for Hillary to exploit.

and there are SO many issues that she really cares about and knows a LOT about.

24. I think Hillary should be very motivated to keep this wanna-be out of the WH.
I hope she slices and dices her, but not in direct attacks on Palin, just on the total lack of substance of the McCain candidacy.

She'll do what she has to do, but she'll do it with class.
