Joe Biden, Calderone reports, is doing "Meet the Press" Sunday.

McCain is doing "Face the Nation" and Obama "This Week,"

Which means that Palin is the only one skipping the elite media circuit that she derided last night.

McCain can bitch about the media but he knows that he can't hide from the press if he wants to come off as a serious candidate.

The fact that Palin is not showing up proves that they are going to use her strictly as a prop at scripted events where she'll only face the base and have a teleprompter to help her stick the landing.
