Constitution Party 32

Ralph Nader (Indep.) 37

PARTIES NOT ON PETITIONING CHART

Socialist Workers (Roger Calero): Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Minn., Miss., New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

Party for Socialism and Liberation (Gloria La Riva): Ark., Colo., Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wash., and Wisconsin

Socialist (Brian Moore): Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

Prohibition Party (Gene Amondson): Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi

America’s Independent Party (Alan Keyes): on the ballot in Colorado, California, and Florida.

State units of the Reform Party that support Ted Weill for president are on the ballot in Louisiana and Mississippi.

The Boston Tea Party’s presidential candidate (Charles Jay) is on the ballot in Colorado and Florida. They have also finished a ballot drive in Tennessee.

The Objectivist Party (Thomas Stevens) is now on in Colorado and Florida.

Candidates are still filing petitions for ballot access so this is not the final list.
