Where are the TV ads attacking McCain's honor? (his perceived strength)
I know McCain is a POW and a war hero but that does not give him a get out of jail free card when his campaign is based on lying about his opponent's record, character, and proposed policies. If McCain is an honorable guy then why is he getting away with lying about Obama's record and policies? The media will not hold McCain accountable for the lies his campaign is spreading (and sometimes the media will even echo it) so I expect a very aggressive campaign exposing McCain's lack of honor. Given the last administration lying to us to support their horrible decisions, can we afford any more of that? We need to convince people that, given McCain's dishonesty, we will end up with another Bush in the white house.

My perception is that there is not enough being done out there to counter the bullshit. Think of the people who are not really paying attention and who are going to buy the McCain bullshit at face value. Sorry about my fears here but after seeing what the swift boat lie did to Kerry in 2004 I feel a little uneasy when I don't see enough attempts to define McCain for what he is. McCain's perceived strengths are only perceptions, therefore, attacking them and being negative to question McCain's character is fair game.

1. You know, wish people would just let Obama run his
campaign. I'm getting tired of this "he doesn't know what he's doing" type threads. I shudder to think of the way people are going to talk shit about his every move when he is president. I don't know how he has the serenity to deal with it.
