August '08 lawsuit listed against Palin (Daniel DeNardo --AIP)

What's up with this? If you search the dockets several entries come up with "Sarah" spelled correctly. This was has her listed as "Sara". But it's no doubt her..look at the AIP connection if you google DeNardo's name. And it all just started this August.
