Afer watching McLame's acceptance speech
I was flabbergasted by his apparent strategy of saying he needs to be elected to "change Washington." :wtf: I was struck by the realization that this is only possible in the GOP, and only because the Republican voters are willfully ignorant, so much so that the hypocrisy knows no bounds. They are whole heartedly self-denying that they supported * for 8 years and the wrecking of the country, and "their guy" is who's going to clean up the mess that they enabled. Only in the GOP. I hate those fuckers.

1. Well did you know he was a P.O.W.
:eyes: It's a self glorifying, "forgive me", now give me another chance kind of speech. He's an idiot.

4. It just blows my mind...
Honestly it's just brain boggling that the party of the current president and the party that held power for most of the past 8 years, and the candidates that agree with and promise to keep the policies of the current president are the ones saying they can bring "change". And the media doesn't call them on it.

It's pathetic and upsetting but even more so because it will work and people will believe it.

5. Americans, for some unfathomable reason, equate "Washington" to "Congress", and "Congress"
