McCain will say and do ANYTHING to win

I am reading The Commission, The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation. An interesting read in its own right but full of insights into the character of John McCain.

There are references to what some might say are to the former John McCain. It is detailed how he was ready to bolt the Republican Party (press conference all planned) over disgust with Bush prior to the defection of Jim Jeffords.

There are references to his utter hate and disdain for Bush, both for his political tactics and governance. Additionally, McCain was disgusted about Bush coverups in regards to 9/11.

Yet we've watched McCain insert his head firmly up Bush's ass, hugging and kissing, embracing his policies. He's now inextricably linked with the right-wing extremists of his party.

He will use all the tactics that he supposedly despises. He will lie, cheat, and do anything required to win this election. Make no mistake....he is a dangerous opponent and he is to be feared.

I know he plays it like he has great character but he has no character. He didn't even defend his family when Rove swiftboated him in South Carolina
