2. I'm for telling the truth and pointing out inconsistencies
and I don't think it's "attacking" but the right wingers might see it that way.

7. Her political positions and any comparison to the Obamas started by the Mcsame gang.
Of course the resmuglicans are the ones who dragged religion into it.

10. Republicans blur the distinction between personal and political.
Palin in particular advocates government involvement in personal matters. Because of her political views, I believe that her personal life must be scrutinized.

14. i am not against attacking in principle
but feeding frenzies, as a strategy, are rife with pitfalls.

- for the attacker, it creates a loss of focus, a disparity in the relative weight of various attacks
- for the opponent, it creates a vague storm of rumors, innuendo and accusations that can be categorically packaged as scurrilous attacks, endangering the valid messages among them of being cast aside in the noise.
- for the undecided voter, it creates a confusing melange of topics, creating a possibility of lumping them all together as mean-spirited attacks.

16. She is a dangerous religious nut who prefers the bible to the
constitution and doesn't believe at ALL in separation fo church and state. Her religious views are on the table. Likewise any racism.

19. I think you have to be careful attacking personally because
the repubs are so good at spinning it to their advantage. It would have to be something that they could not spin no matter what. Who would've thought they would be able to spin her "experience" like they did. So it would have to be able to really stick.

Why be so cautious over McSame's attacks, if we have no fear at all over Palin's attacks?

21. it depends on region.. in some regions just hearing she is
christian is enough to think that she is okey dokey. Now in more multi-cultural areas that would be a good play.
