Unless McSame is caught in a compromising situation with one of Palin's kids, Alabama will go for McSame.
And my county is possibly the reddest in the state.
I wish it weren't true, but it's reality.
We live about 30 miles from Pensacola.
Our local Democratic club is volunteering our services to the Pensacola Democrats. We'll do phone banks, rallies, whatever they need.
If you're in a similar geographic position, you might consider doing the same.

I'm KIDDING obviously ..... but I'm in TN which, in the last few days, went from "not going for Obama" to "DEFINATELY not going for Obama." I'm on the border ...... could go work in GA, but now we've pulled money out of GA to use in more important states.
So, other than keeping the cash flowing, what can I do?
I mean, I would GLADLY call folks in OH or FL ...... gimme some phone numbers. lol

I'm up here in Anniston, Al. Not really close to any battlegrounds. Georgia and Tennessee are not in play, as far as I can tell.
Any suggestions for what I could do. I have donated to the Obama campaign and plan to donate again, pending pay-day. Phone banking seems about the only option.
Who should I contact?
As to your scenario concerning McCain caught molesting one of Palin's kids... I'm not even sure THAT would turn 'Bama blue... after all, John McCain and all 5 of Palin's spawn are white!
