I think Obama needs to hold a major speech on the economy in a swing state?
Obama raises money and garners positive attention when he speaks in front of crowds. He thrives in that setting. Palin is drawing some crowds based upon her 'celebrity' status, yet Obama seems to be running from the fact that he's popular because he was contrasted to Paris Hilton? That is playing right into Republican hands IMHO. I think he needs to keep doing what brought him to the dance? I don't know about you, but it's been too long since I've heard "Yes we can!"

1. Or perhaps an economic forum.
With ordinary Americans. Talking about unemployment, housing prices, heavy tax rates on the middle class.

8. I wasn't aware that they were doing that.
My sincere apologies for being ignorant of every single minute of the campaign.

12. Its not that you arent aware of every minute, its that you(collectivley the panicers)
Have let the MSM program your reality.

They have been doing exactly what you said they should be, but because you have to cut through the chaff you simply don't know it.

That should say alot about what you need to do next. Change your source of info to REALITY tm.

16. I'm not panicking. I'm making an observation about when Obama
does his best, what his strengths are and what our strengths as a party are.

Obama is a dynamic speaker and moving leader and after he meets with Clinton on Thursday, I think he should start working on a speech about the economy. We need to grab some of the media spotlight, educate voters once again, and raise some cash. I think this would accomplish all three?

17. What do you see on the media right now, your logic relies on the media doing what you want
Are they doing it now, why do you think that would change. It wont so why waste time waiting for it to happen. Its about people to people thee isnt a mass communication now and you feel left out.

the media did not cover?

I'm not wasting time waiting for anything to happen, I made a suggestion that I think would be effective. Like it, or don't.

3. Yes, something news worthy.
I think he needs to hold a forum with undecideds in Ohio or Florida. Someplace where he'll get tough (and potentially hostile questions) and there won't be any chants of "Obama Obama". He needs to break the McCain/Palin Biography campaign and turn things back to the issues.

6. I want the chants. He should not run from his strength to motivate people.
When people chant "Sarah" it's "cute" from a media standpoint.

10. Weather's nice up here . . .
Ohio NEEDS to hear just how horrible Republican economic policy has been to them in 28 years, because I guess their own lying eyes don't seem to tell them anything . . .
