Journalist friend of mine will be on Good Morning America

I think tomorrow. Ha! No one around here is sure. It could have aired today. No one watches much tv around here. In any case, Paul is a good friend of mine. He leans republican, but only because he sits in the cigar shop all day and play chess with a bunch of them. He has some interesting things to say about Palin as he worked as a political Journalist for The Frontiersman in Alaska from 1995-1999.

One statement he did make "I am sure she has matured in the years sinc she was mayor. But to say I have grave reservations about her in the White House would be an understatement."

Also: "It's true she has accomplished some admirable taskes in Alaska since beating former Gov. Tony Knowles and becoming governor, including taking on some of the big oil interests and getting a critical natural gas pipeline started. But however she may have matured...I for one would be uncomfortable with her a heartbeat away from the presidency. She may be ready for such high office someday, but I think not yet."
