whatever it is that Mitt shellacs his 'do with would probably break the drill bit.
Letterman has a 'Great Moments in Presidential Speeches' clip a few times a week in which he first shows a clip from a well-known speech by a prior president ('Nothing to fear..' 'Ask not what you can do..'. He throws Reagan in once in while, which is ok: the guy was not much brighter than a post but he could deliver his lines.) Then he shows a clip of Bush, saying/doing something bizarre. Sometimes it's so off the wall, that I wonder if they dubbed it. He's been doing this for at least two years.
