Your defenders including Cindy McCain have said that you have foreign policy experience because your state, Alaska, is so close to Russia. I would like to know what negotiations you have conducted with the Russian government in your capacity as governor of Alaska? What high level meetings have you been involved in? If you could just clarify this for the record.

Follow up question: Did you have any important strategic meetings with Canadian officials on that plane layover in Canada?
