I feel better about this race tonight than I've felt since August 28th....

Anybody else?

Palin had a 2 minute soundbyte (Bush Doctrine) that is comparable to Ford not knowing Poland was part of the Iron Curtain in 1976.

Obama looked and sounded like a President tonight.

I'm jazzed.

1. Laughing all the way to November
If McCain wins after tonight, we know the system is fixed.

3. Me too.
I know it's not over, but this interview was FAR worse than I'd ever dreamed it would be.

4. I felt better when we had the lead
You always want the lead. Comebacks are embraced by dunces. At highest level they are always less likely than estimated.

Obama did very well tonight. But he's trading at roughly 47 on Intrade right now. That's the consensus of the masses, regarding the true odds at this point in time.

In this type of political climate, it's absurd our nominee would ever be considered the underdog. IMO, Obama's ads are a major part of the problem. They are woefully inadequate. I've bet on Obama several times in the past 4 days but I wish he'd pick up the pace and frame the issues like Bill Clinton always did during his campaigns in '92 and '96. There was no period post-convention that Clinton was on his heels like Obama recently.

7. Obama was as good as I have ever seen him... I think he did fantastic, and Palin was exposed
as being ignorant on foreign policy

I couldn't have asked for more.
