6. It'll be just the right time. Remember how late Hillary started running HER
negative ads and Obama's numbers dropped slightly right away? The 3AM ad?

tying it in with Palin's policy of making rape victims pay for their own rape kits. "McCain/Palin: Friend of rapists everywhere!"

9. "Launching a salvo at dawn."
Music to my ears. Sounds like a war movie!

If anyone is expecting a Obama "wolf" ad, they're going to be disappointed because Obama doesn't do ugly. Obama is tough. McCain is ugly. There's a difference.

And show Phalin so cockily speaking out of her ass in regards to Russia and Pakistan and then show her not even know what the B*sh doctrine is.

Pathetic. Nail her. Nail McPOW for extraordinarily bad judgment.

We cannot afford to take the high road. People are too fucking stupid to listen to nuanced arguments or even vote in their own best interest. We have to play hardball and we have to do it now.

25. I say, Open Fire!
I am sick, tired, and a bit sore over the Republicans getting to take as many shots as they can on us with our side never firing back publicly.

But Barack Obama is no John Kerry. And no Al Gore, either. I have great hope that tomorrow, now that our grim anniversary has passed (and hey, you Freeper lurkers: even liberals think terrorists suck, ok?) he comes out firing, never backpedals or dodges, and just keeps on swinging until that old bastard goes down.

McCain's judgment is clearly seriously compromised by his desire to seize the presidency. We know he wants it, maybe even feels entitled to it at this point, but there is just too much at stake.

Get active, get loud, and don't let up until the battle's won.

I think we could just as well make our motto "Never Again" this year. Eight years of Republican rule has netted us an endless, vastly expensive war, dismantling of needed government agencies, unprecedented power and access to the Presidency for the Christian equivalents of the mullahs in Iran (that's you, Dobson), women's rights in greatest peril, a parade of horribles longer than the one run by Macy's on Thanksgiving Day. And we can put an end to it at a stroke with the election of Barack Obama. So let's volunteer for the campaign, or MoveOn.org, or any number of organizations working toward that goal. Any doubt - ANY doubt - you can put into the heads of somebody teetering on the fence or leaning toward McCain is worth it. Anybody sleeping on their rights that can be induced to go to the polls and vote for Barack is worth it. Even if you, personally, make a difference of only one vote, it is worth it.

BARACK ON!

30. Don't get too excited too soon, the attack ads could be a disappointment
I've learned over the years that democrats almost always tend to disappoint me for not being hard enough and stating better more outrageous facts in their attacks ads. I have no doubt that these latest ads will disappoint me to just like the current ones are.

I pray to god that these attack ads go after McCain hard for all of outright lies he's aired about Obama for months (like taxes, no the bipartisan achievements claim, the 'sex ed for kids' attack ad). I'd love to see an ad calling McCain dishonorable for all of those continuous lies, and showing that recent clip of McCain (it was on video wasn't it?) of him basically saying he doesn't know what honor is.

I don't think Obama wants to do any negative ads at all.
