I realized tonight that John McCain is not a true patriot.

Because if he really, truly cared for this country, there is no way he would have chosen this woman, less knowledgeable about world affairs and domestic policy than your average DUer (most of whom wouldn't consider themselves ready to step into the presidency) to be a heartbeat away from the presidency of a superpower. John McCain fought and suffered for his country, but his love for Her has grown extremely imperfect.

Holy Mother of God. Palin is a legend in her own mind, but clearly has the thinnest of all grasps on what's really going on. She sounds ready to make policy based on watching a video of a flag waving for five minutes.

I feel like I'm living in a movie. The kind of movie where you trash the script and say, "THAT would never happen."

I am truly appalled at John McCain. What's he got against America?
