Sarah Palin job interview tips

If you ever find yourself applying for a job clearly over your head OR flat out freeze up when asked a direct, industry specific question do the following

Pause
Bite your lip
lean to your right side
squint your eyes
pause again (kill time this interview can't last forEVER)
lick your lips (SPICY!!)
become defensive
lash out at the questioner with "In what respect (insert first name of questioner)?" --this not only buys time but they may offer some clues that will

lead you to some kind of reasonably passable response)

Answer by simply inserting a key word from the original question but avoid ever trying to directly answer the question-any other familiar words or phrases that connotes competence helps :-)

On the follow up lean forward ( OWN the space!) and get staccato and forceful in your non-answer

We watched it last night on AC360 and we were cracking up at that. We both could relate to getting hit with a question out of the blue at a job interview but not anything specific to our CHOSEN LINE OF WORK!!!

David Gergen claimed that most people didn't know what the Bush Doctrine was ( :hi: I did!!) and then stated that since this won't make big headlines that it will pass and she will be okay. Basically since the press won't report on it (the elite Eastern press mind you) that that means that she won't get nailed on it.

She was probably thinking "Rush and Sean NEVER talk about this 'Bush Doctrine' like whatEFFER that is"
