Clinton Predicts Election Winnerposted:2 HOURS 37 MINUTES AGOcomments: 0
filed under: News
When reporters asked former president Bill Clinton who he thought would win the upcoming election, they were probably expecting a polite tip of the cap to Democratic hopeful Barack Obama and a bit of waffling about both candidates being qualified. Instead, Clinton predicted "that Sen. Obama will win and win handily," a statement that caused Obama to break out in a smile. Current polls, however, contradict Clinton's prediction -- Republican candidate John McCain holds a one-point lead.

5. AOL has a highly right-wing slant from what I observe.
So that makes a 52-48 result strong for Obama.

6. Clinton is being smart. He HAS to say this.
Because now, if by chance Obama loses, the Clinton's can play the "Obama had it in the bag, but squandered it" card.
