Poll question: Will Palin's interview with Charlie Gibson help or hurt the McCain-Palin campaign?
I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but the woman has Bush's exact same combination of profound ignorance and even greater arrogance.

Did anyone think her performance helped her?

3. That phrase is starting to get as many legs as "heckava job, Brownie."

Pretty soon all one will have to say is "In what respect, Charlie?" or some variant of it to get a laugh from an audience.

Biden should use it with the debate moderator. Yes it is a low blow but it would be very funny at Sarah's expense. Ooh I just had a thought. Is there any way Charlie Gibson could ask the questions at the VP debate and then Biden could use that line? Sweet.

4. Bad news for Obama ...
at least watching Morning Joe - see, McCain is to be admired for flat out lying in his ads, cause that wins elections, and BO is to be looked down on as "passive" for pointing the lies out.

And, as far as the interview, NO ONE KNOWS what the Bush Doctrine is - so all it does is prove that she is one of us. See, us GOOD Americans don't want some high falutin know stuff kind of people running the country - we want someone who is confident.

BTW, watching CNN yesterday, BO is in trouble in Michigan because Michigan voters relate to Sarah Palin because of snow mobiles, and according to that John King guy, or whatever his name is, democratic registration is down in Pennsylvania.

Sorry for the rant, just getting it out of the system a bit.

5. The pro-Pallin nut jobs are not concerned with details
If you've seen the pictures of them at some of the joint McLame-Failin rallies last week, you see them holding pictures of Rosie the Riveter with Palin's face superimposed, and all kinds of signs saying "we love Sarah" that has everything to do with her superficial image and nothing to do with substance. At this point, they're beyond caring about facts.
Throw in that the right-wing media will spin it that she did great on the interview, and that will be good enough for them.

6. It will help Palin
Because it keeps her in the media spotlight, while continuing to drown out Obama. The longer that this keeps up, the more the McCain-Palin ticket gets a boost. The MSM is still in love with her.
