He probably thought he was casting pearls before swine by going whole hog on trying to find someone to be an outsider, but unfortunately for McCain, his campaign is still riddled with lobbyists who behave like pigs at a trough. Trying to convince voters he's a maverick is like making a silk purse out of a sow's ear, and to hear them complain about the media now is akin to squealing like a stuck pig. I think when it comes to McCain/Palin, we can safely say, "Th-th-th-th-that's all, folks!"
