McSame/PaiLIEn's Horrible Terrible No-Good Very Bad Day

Seems something has happened on their way to bamboozling their way to the White House ...

-- National polling numbers starting to flatten and dip, showing that their post-convention bounce is done.

-- Horrific reviews for PaiLIEn's interview with ABC (as further proof, the news that her next "interview" will be oral sex administered by Hannity).

-- Two outstanding ad volleys by Obama, followed by an renewed commitment to take McSame on for the lies that even the BBQ media are finally reporting on.

-- McSame getting grilled by the ladies on THE VIEW for said lies and lunacy.

-- What could be the first anti-PaLIEn 527 ad, concerning her love for the Cheneyesque methods of wolf-hunting she's done herself.

-- Obama using one of McSame's lines against McSame in following up on THE VIEW.

And it's only 3:30 p.m. CST!

Not exactly the note that they wanted to leave the week on as Ike bears down on TX -- and for the love of God, if you live down there get your ass out NOW! -- and, as someone who has been exasperated not at Obama's campaign but all the hand-wringing naysayers playing on OUR side of the fence (Young Turks, Digby, too many on HuffPost), I really hope you go get a beer for an hour or two and relax. Obama should've earned some slack for how he beat Hillary, and to have launched this attack before McSame's numbers peaked and 9/11 would've been a waste of resources.

As the LOLcon I've seen said, everyone needs to chill the f**k out -- Obama's got it. The battle's joined as it was going to be joined.
