Doctrine to make a preemptive strike on the US if Sarah Palin becomes President? I would like to see Puty Put or Gorbachev weigh in on this.

The fact that I wish certain countries didn't have nukes doesn't mean they shouldn't have the same right to them as any other country.
Right now, to be perfectly honest, I really wish we didn't have them.
If only we could deactivate them when somebody stupid gets into the WH.
