QUINNIPAC September 11, 2008 - Palin Boosts McCain In Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania Quinnipiac University Swing State Poll Finds; But Obama Leads In Two Of Three Battlegrounds --- FLORIDA: McCain 50 - Obama 43; OHIO: Obama 49 - McCain 44; PENNSYLVANIA: Obama 48 - McCain 45

Rasmussen shows McCain ahead in Ohio, but has had him ahead since February in that state. I don't buy it.

Electoral-Vote.com is factoring in the Rasmussen Poll and as such shows McSame winning by 1 EV. But without Rasmussen, we're still groovin in Ohio. ;)

7. Personally I like PPP and ARG the most
But I'd but Quinnipac in the second level, ahead of Rasmussen, Survey USA in this election, Insider Advantage, and Mason-Dixen.

13. Ohio DUers, any hints of election day struggles? Delay tactics,
misinformation campaigns, etc? I know you've got a pretty solid Democratic executive branch, so I'm not worried about Blackwell like tactics, but still...

(I'm concerned, I guess... :hide:)

17. You did see the story here about the absentee ballots in Cincinnati, didn't you?
Edited on Sat Sep-13-08 12:34 PM by AngryOldDem
I'll try to find the link -- it was pretty prominent here yesterday.

EDIT: No link to DU story -- buried too deeply here, I guess...but here is the Cincinnati Enquirer story.

...that had the same numbers, only in reverse.

20. The Obama Organization here in SW Ohio
is incredible. Phone banking, canvassing, totally organized -- unlike K/E 2004. In the Dayton area we have two actual offices plus coordinators on the ground meeting wherever they can find a clubhouse, civic center, private home, etc.

VolcanoJen told me, that during the Primary, they had to turn away volunteers in the Cincinnati office because there were so many of them.

So far, no misinformation, no push-poll phone calls, actually no campaign literature at all.

McCain's plan for healthcare or lack there of should be highlighted and Biden needs to go there. Same with OH.
