Has anyone debunked Sept 4 IBD editorial hit piece "Michelle's Boot Camps for Radicals?"
I shudder to bring this up, but here it is and it needs dealt with. I googled and checked fight the smears, no luck.

Barack Obama was a founding member of the board of Public Allies in 1992, resigning before his wife became executive director of the Chicago chapter of Public Allies in 1993. Obama plans to use the nonprofit group, which he features on his campaign Web site, as the model for a national service corps. He calls his Orwellian program, "Universal Voluntary Public Service."

Big Brother had nothing on the Obamas. They plan to herd American youth into government-funded reeducation camps where they'll be brainwashed into thinking America is a racist, oppressive place in need of "social change."

...

But its real mission is to radicalize American youth and use them to bring about "social change" through threats, pressure, tension and confrontation — the tactics used by the father of community organizing, Saul "The Red" Alinsky.

...

It continues downhill. Help.

1. You don't debunk the paranoid fantasies of The Party
You call them out. Remember the lesson of Orwell, Up is Down. When the right invoke his name they are hiding their own fascism. They don't want community members engaged in their own governance.

2. There are no winnable Obama votes...
...among the readership of IDB. They make Barron's look like the old Isvestiya, or The Masses.

3. Debunk what? There is no there...there. Ignore these theocrats and plutocrats!
This is a useless rant from freepers and nothing more. You don't need help, you need to discern this as a smut filled op-ed by neocons.

4. That is being used to lead the gullible to vote against their interests.
I know it's clap trap, but I need to answer it. People are basing arguments onthis shit like it's the fucking gospel.

5. We can't save "the gullible" no more than we can save the racist theocratic Palin lovers.
They are already too far gone if they ponder such mindless nonsense. Paranoid plutocrats! They think anything associated with the words: public, fairness, service, justice, social awareness, sustainable, and equality are all BAD for their neo-con agenda.

That's their problem and that is why no one considers them relevant. Defenders of these anti-American actions that favor private influence and foreign interests over the needs of our working class "proud to be made in America" ingenuity of our good people?

Who said these greed mongers get to supersede us? No law in this land. They are the law breakers, and that's what you tell them. The Energy/Oil companies don't want you to change anything. That's who these people are and they know change is coming. Waaah.

Planet and people first. No more war on the poor. It must stop because our economy is busted.
We must balance business and provide new career opportunities and sustainable wages for all.

8. It's how they spin him being so popular.
"A politician who people actually admire and respect? He must be some sort of cult leader/neo-fascist/magician/etc.!!!"
