13. I'm getting dizzy from all this spin

First she was for Bridge to Nowhere, even showed her with a pic of a shirt supporting bridge to nowhere, and then she was against it as the idea grew unpopular. She is trying to spin it as saying she was supporting the people in her town that supported the idea. Oh come on she was clearly in favor of the bridge until she realized that it was a huge embarrassment.
