Ed Schultz headed for Alaska today to have a town-hall-type meeting. |
|
It is supposed to play on Monday, I believe. He is also going to be on Larry King Live to talk about the experience.
I didn't hear what all he had in mind, but I imagine it was to get Alaskans' views on Palin.

1. This will be good. The stats I have read are dismal. |

I want to find out what they think.

2. Perfect person to do this. Ed hunts, fishes, isn't scary to these people, |
|
loves his football, but is still a damned good Democrat. He's a big, red-headed, corn-fed guy from the Midwest. He speaks their language and is the perfect way-station between Limpballs and sanity,
I am well to Ed's left but continue to believe that there is no talker out there better to bring converts to our side. I love Randi, Mike, Thom and co., but Ed is more likely to get someone in the middle to vote Dem than anyone else.

There seems to be a lot of underhanded crap going on up there.

4. Exactly. Also, they will still have to live and deal with Palin when we send her ass back to Alaska |
