ATTACK THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF MCCAIN AND THE R'S !!
OK Dems, so this is it. After getting our asses kicked now for years are you finally ready to put on some brass balls an an ATTACK mentality and start beating the living shit out of the RePUKElicans? Our greatest weaknesses have been WEAKNESS, WIMPYNESS, WISHY WASHYNESS, and this "HIGH ROAD" horseshit ! If we lose this time, we only have OURSELVES to blame and NOT the R's. So I see the Obama camp is finally growing some balls on the trail and in their ads. You don't play pussy-wussy nicey-nice with the RePUKES !! ALL Dems need to do the same and start rhetorically ATTACKING THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF EVERY REPUBLICAN AND THAT CRIMINAL PARTY OF THEIRS. Write letters to the editor ATTACKING them. URGE your local Dem commitees and state parties to ATTACK them. URGE your fellow Dem friends to ATTACK the R's. No quarter ! WE need an ATTACK mindset, and NOTHING else, or we could, and probably will, lose yet again. And again, if we do, it is ONLY because we were wimps yet again. Remember Truman. Remember Kennedy. Those were FIREY Dems who didn't take a bit of shit from the R's and kicked their asses. So get out there and KICK ASS ! Many thanks.

4. We're kicking ass in VA this weekend, spending all weekend there! McSame and
"The Puppet" have absolutely NOTHING on us!!

I was trying to figure out why Obama/Biden continue to say that McSame is honorable, praises him and Palin. I think the strategy for Obama and Biden is to praise Palin so that expectations are raised. The M$M and the Repukes have lowered expectations and have moved the bar so much that if they pronounces "nuclear" correctly, she is praised. They're setting them up for the debates, trying to raise the bar so once the debates come around, they can knock them down.

During the primaries, the M$M kept moving the bar in favor of Hillary. No matter how well Obama did, he didn't do well enough. It wasn't enough that he won 11-12 contests in a row, the continued to move the far such that when Hillary went negative, they started to question Obama rather than "the loser." The same is happening with McSame/Palin.

Let me just say that someone who's winning doesn't typically resort to nasty campaign tactics and doesn't demand debates, etc. Only candidates on the losing side complain about the media, play the refs, try to set the terms of the debates. What this says to me is that the polls are wrong. I'm sure the Republicans have their own internal polls and realize that they suddenly are forced to compete in states where they don't historically have to worry about. Someone said that Texas could be close. TEXAS?!?!??!

5. Credible polls use SCIENTIFICALLY SOUND methods and ARE accurate. Also, don't get too metaphysical.
Politics is a knife fight. We've lost because we've been UNCLEAR wishy washy wimps. It's a raw meat FIGHT ! And we have more ammunition than we've had in generations to attack the living shit out of the RePUKElican criminals. If you have any HINT of a "high road" mentality in this race, you have no place getting involved in electoral politics. "HIgh Roaders" are, literally, LOSERS ! It's about winning. That is what matters. That's all that matters ! The stakes are too high, especially this time. Our party needs BALLS again! And BIG ones !

8. I didn't say polls weren't accurate; I said that I don't believe them.
I'm only paying attention to statewide polls for now. The national polls don't do it for me.

10. Circular thinking. If they're "accurate" you must believe them.

7. We can't fight back. We're Democrats. We're pussies. And losers.
And it would look angry if we fought back. Pay no mind to the fact that Neocons are the most rageful voices in the U.S.

Why are Democrats such sad fucking pussies?

14. Democrats had a heritage of FDR, Truman, Kennedy, but instead of promoting that heritage,
instead of making movies about FDR or the New Deal or the Nuremberg Trials or the Marshall Plan, Spielberg and liberals in Hollywood went for the cash instead. "Liberal values" rock bands promote a world of amnesia. Oprah pushes New Age claptrap.

Which leaves "history" to be portrayed to America by Bill O'Reilly.

The greatness of Liberal history is lost to the sands of time. Washed away.

What a waste.

9. GOP Screwed America
The GOP Scewed America

Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act.

53 Republican Senators plus one Democrat - AYE

44 Democrats no Republicans - NAY

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, also known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act, Pub. L. No. 106-102, 113 Stat. 1338 (November 12, 1999), is an Act of the United States Congress which repealed the Glass-Steagall Act, opening up competition among banks, securities companies and insurance companies. The Glass-Steagall Act prohibited a bank from offering investment, commercial banking, and insurance services.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) allowed commercial and investment banks to consolidate. For example, Citibank merged with Travelers Group, an insurance company, and in 1998 formed the conglomerate Citigroup, a corporation combining banking and insurance underwriting services. Other major mergers in the financial sector had already taken place such as the Smith-Barney, Shearson, Primerica and Travelers Insurance Corporation combination in the mid-1990s. This combination, announced in 1993 and finalized in 1994, would have violated the Glass-Steagall Act and the Bank Holding Acts by combining insurance and securities companies, if not for a temporary waiver process <1>. The law was passed to legalize these mergers on a permanent basis. Historically, the combined industry has been known as the financial services industry.
...
Economist Robert Kuttner has criticized the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act as contributing to the 2007 subprime mortgage financial crisis.<6> Economists Robert Ekelund and Mark Thornton have made similar criticisms, arguing that while "in a world regulated by a gold standard, 100% reserve banking, and no FDIC deposit insurance" the Financial Services Modernization Act would have made "perfect sense" as a legitimate act of deregulation, under the present fiat monetary system it "amounts to corporate welfare for financial institutions and a moral hazard that will make taxpayers pay dearly".

"John McCain voted FOR the bank laws that led to the current credit crisis. John Mccain's economic advisor WROTE the law. 53 Republicans voted YES to the law. When you're in danger of losing your house, can you take a chance on more of the same from those who wrecked out economy?"

13. Exactly ! Pictures of McCain with Bush should be EVERYWHERE and the video of him bragging that he
has voted with Bush over 90% of the time. This shouldn't be a contest. We have enough ammo to blow the GOP into smithereens. LET'S DO IT !!
