Question about new voter registrations |
|
I think if it is true that we have doneas well as some places clain we have in new voter registration, we will be fine. But where can we find hard core facts on this? I cannot find anything on the net. Another factor is that we have to follow up with new registrations to make sure they actually vote on election day or before where allowed.

1. Some states don't keep track of party affiliation. |

You'd have to look at the individual state's elections sites, I think. In NC, for instance, there have been about 185,000 new registered Democrats since Jan. 1 of this year. In that same time, there have only been 25,000 new Republican registrations, and 134,000 new unaffiliated voters.

They keep very accurate records of who they've registered and who is getting registered in your county. If you don't have party registration in your state, they'll still have an idea based on their own records of how many they're registering verse total registrations.
