Abstinence didn't work for Palin either |
|
I know this is tacky to mention, but I haven't seen it mentioned yet and I just can't let this go. People Magazine's cover story on Palin last week mentioned that she "eloped" with Todd Palin on August 30, 1988. Her son was born in April the following year. Now do the math... Nine months from the end of August/beginning of September would be end of MAY/JUNE, not April.
Palin is forcing a policy that she herself didn't follow upon the youth of Alaska and would love to force it upon the entire country. Too bad she couldn't keep her own pants on, but she was young and irresponsible. What do we call someone who says one thing and does another? Oh yeah, hypocrite.

1. She wasn't exactly "young" |

In 1988 should would have been 24 years old. Not a teen by a long shot. Do these "abstinence only" people expect folks in their 20s to remain virgins as well? Clearly Sarahcuda was not "pure" when she got hitched! :-)

I think it's absolutely relevant to bring this up when she does her "holier and more moral than thou" act.
She was a pregnant bride just like Bristol.
