Buck up DEMS! I went to Camp Obama in Los Angeles today and there were about 350 people

in attendance -- ABOUT 150 MORE THAN EXPECTED!!!!

Since Obama can count on California, we were being trained to be field organizers for Nevada where we are going to mount a major push to turn that state Blue. Unlike 2004, there are now more democrats registered there.

I sat next to a young lawyer who had quit his job in order to devote all his time to the campaign. Young, and not so young, enthusiastic people were everywhere - FIRED UP READY TO GO - TO NEVADA.

Is it true that the polls don't survey people who only have cell phones? If it is -- then I think the young will swing the election to Obama!

Is LA the only place they had it? I'm not sure where she said she was going, but she did mention they were talking about sending her to Nevada.

The Obama ground operation is phenomenal! I been involved in political campaigns for years -- and I've never seen anything like it!

About 60 more than they expected!

Unfortunately, I had already planned a party for one weekend and a trip back to Vermont - want to scope it out as a possible place to live. (Of course, if McIdiot wins, we're back to Canada!)

7. I went to a community meeting tonight and we had about 25 more than expected

They just kept coming and coming - we had to restart. I'm in a very RED area of the all-important I-4 corridor of FL in a very affluent area (not that I'm affluent - need the good school zone!) It was so incredible to be among so many people with such a passion to just DO SOMETHING!

I felt fantastic when I left - we are going to make this happen!!!!
