Was just watching Reliable Sources, and the entire panel on there |

agreed that the McCain camp was engaging in an unprecedented push-back against any Palin reporting that is less than flattering. To paraphrase, they were saying that the McCain camp itself, plus his legions of followers are engaging in an organized campaign to keep the press from reporting on Palin's record...and they outright said that the media will look at their bottom line and could start backing off.
It's important that we not only call out the bias when we see it, but it seems to be just as important to congratulate good reporting when it gets out there. They need to hear that people want to hear the truth, even though it makes the Right howl.

3. I'm watching that. These are some biased "opinions" on this one. Kurtz |

is definitely a shill. But that previous conversation about the media backing off caught my attention.

2. I just sent NBC an e-mail re Brokejaw and how he has depreciated |
|
the value of the show and the name of Russert. Last week I sent an appreciation for a good show to O'Reilly "from an ole liberal"..He read it on the air and said thank you. Never hurts to let people know when you appreciate what they do and say.
