1. Anyone that thinks "we got this" doesn't have a clue |
|
The most likely outcome is Obama will lose. If Obama wins then something went wrong in all the GOP election fraud that's planned and staged.

I am feeling cautiously optimistic - the election fraud that is already going on and will clearly continue is the only thing that keeps me from saying "We got this". But the odds are more in our favor this time than before, electorally speaking and Obama has a great ground game going on. If anyone could win in the face of the election stealing tactics of the Rethugs, I believe he can. I think we chose the best possible candidate and he chose the best possible running mate and has the best possible political team and fundraising organization. Last time I think we chose the best possible candidate but he did not choose the best possible running mate and did not have the best possible political team or fundraising organization.
And I think more people have finally woken up to the fact that their vote is important and that the direction of this country must be changed NOW. It is nearly too late.

7. You think we'd be all better off predicting doom and gloom? |
|
I hope you don't canvass with that attitude.

5. Between ???? and cautiously optimistic |

The electoral map looks a hell of a lot better than it did four years ago. Can you imagine if Kerry was doing this well in Colorado and Virginia? The Republicans would've been shitting their pants.

6. The economy is in meltdown, Wall Street is in a panic, gasoline is over $4 a gallon in some places. |

McCain is being regularly called a liar in the MSM (by Karl fucking Rove, even!); the new has worn off Sarah Palin and her favourability ratings are sinking like a stone. The GOP's post-convention bounce in the polls is all but gone. Bush and his administration remain hugely unpopular. McCain is fucked.
