10. I've never heard anyone mention this VERY SIMPLE fact about why privatization is one DUMB idea.

Imagine, all of the sudden you turn a spigot and an avalanche of social security money pours into the markets. With that much capital flooding the markets there can't possibly be enough "good" investments for it to flow into. When the companies, and schemes that never should have been given the capital to begin with go bust, who do you think will be left holding the bag? The little social security investors of course.
